  • 4 lamb shanks
  • 1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Put shanks in covered ovenproof casserole.

    Mix all other ingredients and cut large onion and put slices on top of shanks. Pour all over shanks and cover your dish.

    Potatoes and carrots may be added to dish.

    Bake 3 hours in 300° oven.
