- 1 1/2 lb lamb steaks about 6
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Adolf 's meat tenderizer
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 fresh ground black pepper
- 1 pinch kosher salt, over each steak
Directions

1Season the steaks.

2add vinegar to a zip lock bag add steaks to bag.

3Refrigerate overnight take all the air out of bag.

4Heat a pan add butter.

5Pan fry the steaks in butter.

63-5 minutes each side.

7Crack fresh black pepper on top

8I had mine with raspberry butter sauce
