  • 1 1/2 lb lamb steaks about 6
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Adolf 's meat tenderizer
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch kosher salt, over each steak

    Season the steaks.

    add vinegar to a zip lock bag add steaks to bag.

    Refrigerate overnight take all the air out of bag.

    Heat a pan add butter.
  5. 5
    Pan fry the steaks in butter.

    3-5 minutes each side.
  7. 7
    Crack fresh black pepper on top
  8. 8
    I had mine with raspberry butter sauce
