  • 1 1/2 lb. lamb, cubed
  • 1 lb. fresh green beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4-5 potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp. oil

Directions

    In a 4-6 qt pan, brown lamb cubes and onions in oil.

    Cut ends off fresh green beans and add to meat.

    Add potatoes, salt and seasoning.

    Let steam through about 15 mins.

    Add tomato sauce and water.

    Season to taste.

    Cover slightly and let cook down till vegetables are cooked.
