  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) corn Niblets (if you can't find this size, use the regular 11 oz.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) creamed corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 small box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley original Ranch dressing mix

Directions

    Melt butter; add drained Niblets and creamed corn.

    Lightly beat eggs and add to corn mixture. Add sour cream, corn bread mix and Ranch dressing mix.

    Bake in 2-quart dish for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Can sprinkle cheese on top.
