- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Add onion and cook until tender.

3Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, garlic and seasonings.

4Cover; simmer 30 minutes.

5In a 12 x 8-inch baking dish, layer half of noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella, Velveeta and Parmesan.

6Repeat layers.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Serves 6 to 8.
