  • 1 can vegetarian burger
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles
  • 24 oz. creamy small curd cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 lb. shredded Muenster

Directions

    Mix and simmer burger, garlic salt, basil, salt, stewed tomatoes and tomato paste.

    Cook noodles according to package instructions.

    Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and salt.

    Layer in a greased pan.

    Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, shredded cheeses and meat sauce in 3 layers.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
