- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 12 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. Provolone cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown ground beef, onions and salt until light brown.

3Drain.

4Add spaghetti sauce.

5Simmer 15 minutes.

6Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese to Ragu mixture.

7Cook lasagna noodles according to directions.

8Drain.

9Layer in greased large shallow baking dish as follows: noodles, sauce, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Provolone cheese.

10Layer again, ending with all cheeses and Parmesan cheese on top.

11Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes, until bubbly all over.

12Let cool 10 minutes to firm up before cutting.
