- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 6 (6 oz.) cans water
- 2 small pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 jar mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 box lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 pt. cottage cheese, lo-cal
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onions; drain.

2Add tomato paste, water and spaghetti sauce mix.

3Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

4Pour 1 1/2 cups sauce in 9 x 13-inch casserole.

5Cover with a layer of noodles and add more sauce.

6Layer 1/2 of all the cheeses and the remaining noodles. Add the rest of the beef sauce and cheeses.

7Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.

8Let set 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
