- 2 minced onions
- 1 lb. ground beef
- crushed clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 3 c. canned tomatoes
- 1/2 c. tomato puree
- 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
Directions

1Pour oil into a skillet.

2Brown the onions and ground beef for 10 to 15 minutes.

3Add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, tomato puree and tomato paste.

4Cover with lid.

5Simmer 45 minutes.
