Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 pt. canned tomatoes
  • 1 small jar regular Ragu
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • dash of oregano
  • dash of chili powder

Directions

    Cook lasagna noodles and drain.

    Brown ground beef with onion, oregano and chili powder and drain.

    In a pot, mix all ingredients with ground beef.

    Let simmer about 20 minutes.

    In a casserole dish, cover the bottom with sauce, then place 1 layer of noodles and sauce on top.

    Then add cheese.

    Continue with each layer until dish is full.

    Do not put top layer of cheese until lasagna has baked at 350° for about 30 minutes.

    Remove lasagna, top with cheese and it's ready to eat.
