- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce
- 6 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 (12 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded Monterey cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°. Cook ground beef and garlic in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until ground beef is brown.

2Drain and stir in Italian seasoning and spaghetti sauce.

3Heat to boiling and remove from heat.

4Spread 1/4 cup beef mixture in saucepan, 8 x 8 x 2-inches or 9 x 9 x 2-inches.

5Top with 2 lasagna noodles.

6Spread 1/3 of the cottage cheese over beef noodles.

7Sprinkle with 1/3 of the Monterey Jack cheese on top.

8Repeat layers twice.

9Bake about 10 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.

10Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
