- 200 grams Ground beef
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/2 medium Carrot
- 100 ml Red wine
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 150 ml Water
- 1 can Canned tomato
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Soup stock cube
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 50 ml Heavy cream (or milk)
- 3 tbsp Grated cheese
- 10 grams Butter (for finish)
- 500 ml Milk
- 30 grams Butter
- 4 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
Directions

1Meat sauce: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.

2Add finely chopped garlic, carrot, and onion and stir-fry.

3Add ground beef and red wine.

4Simmer for a little while.

5Add the ingredients and cover with a lid.

6Simmer for about 10 minutes over a low heat.

7Add in the ingredients and simmer a little bit.

8Add the butter at the end.

9The meat sauce is now ready.

10White sauce: Heat the butter in a frying pan and add cake flour.

11Mix well.

12Slowly add in the milk, stirring continuously.

13Make sure to keep the heat at low.

25Once all the milk is added and the sauce is silky, add a soup stock cube, salt and pepper to taste.

26Lasagna: Put the white sauce and meat sauce in the heat-proof dish in this order.

29Follow with a layer of the meat sauce.

30Cover with lasagna noodle.

31Continue to layer: white sauce, meat sauce, lasagna.

32Put white sauce on the last lasagna sheet and meat sauce.
