- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. basil (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 10 oz. lasagna noodles
- 24 oz. cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Directions

1Brown meat; add next 6 ingredients with meat.

2Simmer 1 hour until thick.

3Boil noodles.

4Combine cottage cheese with eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese.

5Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat mixture.

6Repeat.

7Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

8Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
