  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar Ragu or Prego sauce
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles

    Brown ground beef; drain.

    Add jar of sauce; rinse out jar with 3/4 cup water.

    Make with uncooked lasagna noodles.

    Layer, starting with noodles, then sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

    Top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour, covered tightly with foil, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
