Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 to 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 2 or 3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small carton Ricotta cheese
  • Romano cheese (for top)
  • 6 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook noodles as directed.

    Brown meat with garlic.

    Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

    Add tomato paste and water.

    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.

    Arrange cooked noodles in oiled casserole alternating noodles, sauce and cheese.

    Sprinkle grated Romano on top.

    Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
