Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground meat
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 to 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 or 3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 small carton Ricotta cheese
- Romano cheese (for top)
- 6 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed.

2Brown meat with garlic.

3Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

4Add tomato paste and water.

5Simmer 1 1/2 hours.

6Arrange cooked noodles in oiled casserole alternating noodles, sauce and cheese.

7Sprinkle grated Romano on top.

8Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
