- 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 (10 oz.) thawed frozen spinach, drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 32 oz. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.

2Mix well.

3Spread 1/2 cup sauce in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.

4Place 1/3 (3) noodles over sauce.

5Spread 1/2 cheese mixture.

6Repeat layers.

7First layer is sauce, second is noodles and third is cheese.

8Then add the rest of the sauce on top.

9Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°. Put part of cheese on top and let stand 15 minutes.
