- 2 lb. chopped meat
- 1 jar Ragu sauce
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 large onion
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 brick Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat. Add all ingredients, except noodles and cheese. Season to taste.

2Simmer for at least 3 hours.

3Do not skim off too much fat, or lasagna will be dry.

4Cook noodles as directed on package, but add 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking.

5Place in pan as follows:

6layer of noodles and layer of cheese.

7Repeat, ending with cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
