  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Boil noodles while browning ground beef.

    Drain both.

    Chop onion and bell pepper into small pieces.

    In skillet, mix together tomato sauce and spices, increasing or decreasing spices according to taste.

    Add chopped onion, bell pepper and ground beef.

    Simmer for about 3 minutes.

    Shred Mozzarella cheese.
