  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 jar or can canned tomatoes
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 large bags Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese (as needed)
