- tomato-meat sauce
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine noodles with oil.

3Spread about 1/2 cup sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan or dish.

4Make a layer each of noodles, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, tomato-meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.

5Repeat twice.

6Bake 45 minutes.

7Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
