  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 (No.2) cans tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed
  • 3 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions

    Brown together beef, oil and garlic.

    Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, basil and parsley flakes.

    Simmer 1 hour until thick.

    Mix together cottage cheese, beaten eggs, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.
