- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 (No.2) cans tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Brown together beef, oil and garlic.

2Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, basil and parsley flakes.

3Simmer 1 hour until thick.

4Mix together cottage cheese, beaten eggs, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.
