  • 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. ground meat, cooked and drained
  • 4 c. (30 oz.) Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. (16 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    In medium bowl, combine sauce and ground meat.

    In a separate medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and parsley.

    Pour 3/4 cup sauce mixture in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Layer one-third of the noodles, half of the Ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the remaining sauce and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese in pan. Repeat layers.

    Top with remaining noodles, sauce, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

    Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

    Uncover; bake 15 minutes more. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
