- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 12 to 14 lasagna noodles
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
Directions

1Brown hamburger until crumbly. Drain. Add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. Simmer for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, mix eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and cottage cheese.

2Cook noodles according to directions on package.

3Rinse and cool slightly.
