- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- pinch of basil
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 6 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 6 oz. Swiss, shredded
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 small onion
Directions

1Brown ground beef, garlic and onion.

2Drain.

3Add tomato paste, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley flakes and Worcestershire sauce.

4Cook together and simmer 15 minutes.

5Cook lasagna noodles.

6Add salt and oil to water.

7Grease pan.

8Layer noodles, meat sauce, cheese, noodles, meat sauce and cheese.

9Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
