- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 4 large green peppers
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- butter
Directions

1Wash and clean peppers.

2Parboil peppers for 5 minutes.

3Let cool and drain.

4Combine rice, meat, salt, pepper and butter; mix well.

5Stuff peppers; place peppers in a pan, uncovered, with a little water in the bottom.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour (check after 45 minutes).

7Heat can of tomato sauce and serve with peppers.
