- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 pkg. lasagne noodles
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cans tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cartons large curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat in olive oil with garlic, basil, parsley and salt. Add tomatoes and paste.

2Simmer 1 hour.

3Cook noodles until tender (rinse with cold water).

4In bowl, combining cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper.

5In 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, put little meat on bottom, then noodles, half of cottage cheese mixture, half of Mozzarella cheese, half of meat.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
