- 3/4 c. onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 52 oz. pasta sauce
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. cooked lasagna noodles
- 1 1/2 lb. ground Italian sausage, browned
Directions

1In large pan, cook onion and garlic in oil.

2Add pasta sauce and sausage.

3Simmer 15 minutes.

4In a bowl, mix Ricotta, spinach, Mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs.

5In a 15 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 2 cups sauce, half the lasagna, half the cheeses, remaining lasagna and sauce.

6Cover.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until hot.

8Uncover.

9Top with remaining cheeses.

10Bake at 350°

11for 15 minutes.

12Let stand 15 minutes.
