- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion
- 1 pinch garlic
- 1 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 pinch oregano
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 lb. cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender.

2Drain and set aside.

3Brown meat; pour off excess grease.

4Add onions, garlic, tomato paste and seasonings to meat.
