- 1 lb. ground beef
- clove of garlic
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 6 oz. water
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. pkg. lasagna, cooked
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. American cheese
- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown beef with garlic and oil in saucepan; drain.

2Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, parsley and seasonings; mix well. Simmer for 30 minutes.

3Spread 1/4 of meat sauce in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Layer noodles, cheeses and remaining meat sauce 1/3 at a time in prepared dish.

5Bake, covered, at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered.

7Let stand several minutes; cut into squares and serve.
