- 3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
Directions

1Make tomato sauce.

2Cook lasagna noodles according to directions; drain.

3Place in layers in 13 x 9-inch oblong pan, beginning and ending with tomato sauce.

4Layer sauce, single layer of noodles and a mixture of last 6 ingredients.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

6Let stand 15 minutes.

7Cut in squares and serve with meatballs, if desired.
