- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (24 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 9 slices Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed.

2Brown ground beef and garlic in large skillet; drain.

3Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, oregano and pepper with ground beef.

4Cover, simmer for 20 minutes. In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the following:

53 noodles, 1/3 meat mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese and 3 slices Mozzarella cheese.

6Repeat the first 3 layers, then layer 3 noodles, 1/3 meat mixture and 3 slices cheese.

7Then top with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
