- 1 c. olives, chopped
- 1 c. onions
- 1 can vegeburger
- 1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 lb. each: Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute burger, onions and garlic.

2Add mushrooms, olives, stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, basil leaves, oregano leaves and pepper.
