  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
  • 1 c. olives, chopped
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 can vegeburger
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. each: Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Saute burger, onions and garlic.

    Add mushrooms, olives, stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, basil leaves, oregano leaves and pepper.
