  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. fresh corn
  • 1 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt; add eggs, beating well. Stir in corn.

    Add milk; pour into buttered casserole and bake 45 minutes at 325°.

    Stir once during baking, just after mixture is heated through and before it becomes set.
