- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 5 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. lean hamburger meat
- 15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 3 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked slightly
- parsley flakes (optional)
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat and drain fat.

2Add spaghetti sauce and salt.

3Take 1/3 of sauce mixture and put on bottom.

4Add noodles and spread 1/2 of Ricotta cheese.

5Put 1 cup Mozzarella cheese on top of Ricotta and repeat 1 time.

6Add meat sauce on top of Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese.

7Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 325° for 25 minutes.

8Uncover and put last of Mozzarella and 1/2 Parmesan cheese and let set until melted.

9Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
