Ingredients

  • 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 5 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. lean hamburger meat
  • 15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 3 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked slightly
  • parsley flakes (optional)

Directions

    Brown hamburger meat and drain fat.

    Add spaghetti sauce and salt.
  3. 3
    Take 1/3 of sauce mixture and put on bottom.
  4. 4
    Add noodles and spread 1/2 of Ricotta cheese.

    Put 1 cup Mozzarella cheese on top of Ricotta and repeat 1 time.

    Add meat sauce on top of Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese.

    Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 325° for 25 minutes.

    Uncover and put last of Mozzarella and 1/2 Parmesan cheese and let set until melted.

    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
