- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 9 long strips lasagna noodles
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown hamburger, onion, garlic and oregano.

3Drain off extra fat.

4Add soup, water, vinegar and cottage cheese.

5Stir all together.

6In 9 x 13 inch pan put a little sauce, then you put 3 noodles then cheese.

7Layer it 3 times in order.

8Bake 30 minutes, let stand 15 minutes before serving.
