  • 1 c. rice
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. milk

Directions

    Cook rice and water until rice is tender.

    Simmer until water is gone.

    Put into a 2-quart casserole the other ingredients.

    Add cooked rice.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Let set in oven 10 more minutes.
