- 1 lb. ground beef, pork and veal
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 (28 or 29 oz.) cans tomato puree
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb. lasagna
Directions

1Saute meat and sausage in oil.

2Then add to sauce (tomato puree, garlic, salt and pepper).

3Cook on low-light for 2 to 3 hours.

4Cook lasagna according to directions on box.

5Mix the Ricotta and eggs.

6Shred Mozzarella.

7In a deep 12 to 13-inch lasagna pan, add sauce, then lasagna, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese.

8Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Serves six to eight.
