- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (13 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 10 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook lasagna noodles, drain.

2Brown meat and drain.

3Add garlic, basil, 1 teaspoon salt and tomato sauce; simmer 20 minutes.

4Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.

5Make layers of noodles, cottage cheese mixture and meat.

6Makes two layers of each.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

8Cool 10 minutes before eating.
