  • 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 jars favorite spaghetti sauce
  • dash of Italian seasoning
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of salt
  • cottage cheese
  • 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. box lasagna noodles, cooked, rinsed and drained

    Brown beef and drain.

    Add sauce and seasoning; simmer 2 hours.

    In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, sprayed with Pam, layer meat, then noodles.

    Next to last, layer or spread on cottage cheese. Top with Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 425° until Mozzarella cheese melts and is lightly brown.
