- 3 lb. ground turkey or 1 1/2 lb. turkey and 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 (12 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 lb. whole grain lasagna noodles
- 1 pkg. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook meat, onion and garlic.

2Drain.

3Add spices, tomatoes and paste.

4Cover and simmer 40 minutes.

5Cook noodles and drain. Alternate - start with sauce, then noodles and layer, end with sauce.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
