Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cans (26 1/2 oz. each) spaghetti sauce
  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 10 to 12 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. pkg. uncooked lasagna
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix water with both cans spaghetti sauce in bowl.

    Spray 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish with Pam.

    Pour 1 1/2 cups sauce mix in bottom of dish.

    Place strips of uncooked lasagna slightly overlapping in this mixture.

    Top with layers of Ricotta, Mozzarella, chuck and sauce.

    Make about 4 layers reserving enough sauce to completely cover top and seal edges.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Cover and bake 1 hour or until knife cuts lasagna easy in 350° oven.

    Let stand on rack 10 minutes before cutting.
