- 8 oz. lasagna noodles (no need to cook)
- 1 lb. beef or Italian sausage
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. each salt, oregano and garlic powder
- 2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
- 3 to 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Simmer 10 minutes with the sauce, water and seasonings.

3In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 sauce mixture, 1/2 noodles, 1 cup cheese and 1/3 Mozzarella.

4Repeat and end with the sauce and Mozzarella.

5Top with Parmesan.

6Cover and bake with foil at 350° for 1 hour; let stand 10 minutes.
