  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles (no need to cook)
  • 1 lb. beef or Italian sausage
  • 4 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. each salt, oregano and garlic powder
  • 2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
  • 3 to 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

    Brown meat.

    Simmer 10 minutes with the sauce, water and seasonings.

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 sauce mixture, 1/2 noodles, 1 cup cheese and 1/3 Mozzarella.

    Repeat and end with the sauce and Mozzarella.

    Top with Parmesan.

    Cover and bake with foil at 350° for 1 hour; let stand 10 minutes.
