  • 24 oz. nonfat Ricotta cheese
  • 6 oz. nonfat shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 chicken breasts, ground or small pieces
  • 1 jar Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • Italian seasonings

Directions

    Cut chicken into small pieces or process in food processor. Cook noodles.

    Add chicken to sauce and season.

    Place alternating layers in pan:

    sauce, noodles, Ricotta cheese and Mozzarella.

    Finish with sauce.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
