- 4 large garlic cloves
- 2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Chop garlic in food processor.

2Add beans, processing 1 minute. Scrape bowl. With processor running, slowly pour in 1/2 cup olive oil. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

3If mixture is too thick, add more olive oil. Spread on toasted pita wedges or crackers.
