  • 1 pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1/2 (5 oz.) box lasagne noodles
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
