- 1 small pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. sausage
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 8 oz. can tomato paste
- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
- sharp Cheddar cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Brown ground beef and sausage.

2Drain.

3Add tomato sauce and tomato paste.

4Simmer.

5In separate bowl, mix Ricotta cheese and eggs.

6Stir well until creamy.

7Place a layer of noodles in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

8Pour half of meat sauce over noodles.

9Pour half of Ricotta cheese mixture over this.

10Sprinkle with half of Mozzarella cheese.

11Cover with sliced Cheddar cheese.

12Pour rest of meat sauce over another layer of noodles.

13Layer as before using rest of everything.

14Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown.

15Let set 30 minutes before serving.
