  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce (I use Prego brand)
  • 1 (12 to 16 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • lasagne noodles (uncooked)
  • 2 to 3 c. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Mix cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and parsley together and let set at least 1/2 hour, longer if possible.

    Brown meat and drain, then add sauce and 1/2 jar of water; simmer.

    Spray pan with Pam and put 1 cup sauce in bottom of pan, then layer of uncooked noodles, then layer meat sauce and then layer of cheese mixture. Repeat layers until pan is full.

    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350°; uncover and top with Mozzarella and cook 15 minutes more.
