- 2 lb. ground meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small can spaghetti sauce
- 2 small can mushroom steak sauce/gravy
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. grated yellow cheese
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne
- 1 lb. Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. Tillamook cheese
- 1 carton small curd cottage cheese
Directions

1Brown meat with chopped onion.

2Add spaghetti sauce and mushroom steak sauce.

3Add eggs and grated yellow cheese.

4Simmer. Add rosemary.

5Cook noodles according to package directions. Grate Jack and Tillamook cheeses and mix with cottage cheese. Layer in baking dish or pan.

6Start with noodles, meat mixture, then cheese mixture (save some for top).

7Alternate until pan is 1/4-inch from top.

8Bake 1 hour at 350° or until bubbles around sides.

9Makes large amount; extra can be frozen.

10Serves 8 to 12.
