Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 (24 oz.) container Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked and well drained
Directions

1Cook and stir ground beef; drain off all fat.

2Add spaghetti sauce to meat and mix well.

3Heat oven to 350°.

4Mix Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and oregano.

5In an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, layer 1/4 each of noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and the cottage cheese mixture.

6Repeat 3 times.

7Add meat sauce over top and sprinkle (cover well) with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.

9Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
