- 1 lb. lasagne noodles
- 1 qt. sauce of your choice
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook lasagne noodles al dente; drain.

2Preheat oven to 325°. Use baking dish approximately 2 1/2-inches deep.

3Cover bottom with sauce and line the dish with a layer of lasagne.

4Dot with spoonfuls of Ricotta, slices of Mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

5Cover with sauce.

6Repeat with another layer of lasagne, sauce and cheeses, until dish is almost filled.

7Bake about 45 minutes.

8Cool 20 minutes before serving to allow to settle. Serve with additional sauce.
